Microsoft Edge Canary 108.0.1433.0 appears to have these issues:
1) Chrome Extension: Tabs Outliner (Tabs Outliner) crashes Edge when the extension window is attempted to opened as the page never loads and acts similar to a non-responsive window and then Edge completely exits. This occurs even after uninstalling and reinstalling extension. Worked fine with previous versions of Microsoft Edge Canary.

2) Send Feedback not working
1) The first click on Send Feedback is recognized by Edge but the Send Feedback window does not open
2) I can select Include this Screenshot but the box below it would remain blank
3) Nothing happens when clicking on Attachments, Record my problem, Send
4) Clicking on Cancel or the X does not close the Send Feedback window but right clicking and selecting close will

All issues above had been fixed with Microsoft Edge Canary 108.0.1434.0 - this is one scenario where more frequent updates is good, when there is a problem.

Some weeks ago I had some problems upgrading Win 11 21h2, this time I tried with Win 11 22h2 October release (22621.674).

Did the in place upgrade and everything went smooth till the last reboot and login into my account.
All I was able to see was a black screen, my mouse cursor and small window of Open hardware monitor. I guess Explorer didn't start. I restarted, same thing.
So I loaded my Win 11 21h2 drive image, uninstalled Explorer Patch and Open-Shell and run the in place upgrade again.
This time almost everything succeeded. After Windows update I reinstalled Explorer Patch and Open-Shell and is working, a little slow but it is working. Again check disk began " Deleting extended attribute set due to the presence of reparse point on file..."

What isn't working is Edge (106.0.1370.42). Did everything I could think about (reinstall Edge, SFC, dism etc) without success.

Created a new user and Edge works under this user so it seems a conflict only under my account,

@Megahertz - Did you try installing the most recent Microsoft Edge (Stable) and see if it works? Failing that, what you need to do is basically backup the data and then get rid of the existing data and try to see i the Microsoft Edge (Stable) will work and if it does, then you can restore the data.

As I wrote, it works under another created user so, the problem isn't Edge itself, but something on my profile that prevents Edge to launch

@Megahertz - It could be the data for Edge under your profile has problems. You can always try the other branches of Edge like Beta or Canary just to see if those work or not as Stab;e, Beta and Canary all install and use different folders so they are independent from each other. What you can also do is try this:
Go to %localappdata% and find the folder Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default

make sure Edge is not running, then rename Default folder to default-old
Then restart Edge, it should create a new default folder and start with a new profile.
