I think that's the issue. He started upgrading and didn't complete successfully due to some incompatibility. He can try disabling devices not needed to upgrade either in BIOS or Device Manager before upgrading. These are second disk, sound, Bluetooth, network, card reader etc. I would also disable any third-party antivirus, antimalware and firewall so it doesn't interfere with the upgrade process. I would disable all startup applications and even some non-Microsoft services. He can enable them afterwards. I forgot to say that he must also disable or uninstall any customization software such as Open Shell, StartIsBack, Explorer Patcher etc

Hello Respected Members! I think the problem is in the BIOS although it is updated to the latest version, but when I disable Software Guard Extension (SGX) in the BIOS, the USB boots with spinning circle of Windows 11, but freezes there. Guide, please.

Looks like some security settings conflict. I suggest you disable SGX and Secure Boot in BIOS so it can boot properly. Then install Windows 11 and after you can see the desktop try to enable Secure Boot and SGX. Or even better, install all drivers first and then enable Secure Boot and SGX so Windows can find the required drivers for the new components. However I remind you that booting from the USB allows a new installation only. If you want to upgrade an existing installation or do an in-place upgrade/repair you must run Setup from Windows, don't boot from the USB. For a new installation you might need to reset the TPM 2.0 module in BIOS to let you boot from USB.
