I keep having a window pop up on Windows 11 during any app that has dialog such as Youtube, Meetings, or Chat that should not be happening and it's very annoying. I have looked at Live Caption settings and it is not on. This just started about 5 days ago. I have also checked every extension in Chrome but no joy!!! Any help is appreciated. Screenshot attached.
