Live kernel events most often are troubleshooted when there are hangs or freezes requiring manual power offs.

The logs did not report any hangs or freezes requiring manual power offs.



1) Open a support ticket on the AMD website




These are optional steps.

The computer can be monitored without replacing drivers or you can reinstall AMD drivers.


2) Uninstall and reinstall the AMD drivers displayed on the MSI website

These were related to AMD drivers.

Microsoft has no information yet on these live kernel bugchecks.

A support ticket can be opened on each AMD and MSI to see if other computer end users are having or had had the same live kernel bugchecks.




As trial and error steps these are options:

a) monitor to see if they reoccur and if there are any steps that can have a cause and effect

b) Replace the AMD GPU and chipset and Raid drivers to see if it makes any difference

c) clean install windows 11 to see if it makes any difference
