Location Services Question

I may simply not be seeing it but how do you disable location services for applications that show up under Settings>Privacy & Security>Location>Let Desktop Apps Access Your location. There are a few apps listed there that I apparently allowed access but I don't see an option to revoke that permission without disabling for all desktop apps. Edge, Outlook, and Remote Desktop (used for work) are all listed but there is no toggle to turn them off.

There are two ways I know of to do this:

1) Go to Settings > Privacy & security > Scroll down to App permissions > Location. Here you will see all apps that have access to location data and you can revoke that permission from any app.


2) Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > select the app in question by clicking on the "..." to the far right of the listing for that app > Advanced options > change the permissions.

Summary:

The first option is best for seeing permissions sorted by permission, whereas the second is best for viewing what permissions any specific app has.

Thanks for quick response. Both of those were the options I tried. Unfortunately, it seems for Desktop apps by Microsoft, they don't seem to give you the option to turn off. For option 1 above, they don't have the toggle to turn on or off like you mentioned. In option 2 the only option with the "..." is uninstall.

Sorry that didn't work out. Maybe that app has its own way of determining location? I'm not sure. Sorry I could not help further.
