Solved Lock Taskbar

On my Surface Pro 11 it would appear that the option to lock the Taskbar is no longer available.
Is there something I have missed? If not is there a hack to compensate, as each time I try to open an APP it jumps sideways and I end up opening another APP.

there is no unlock anymore because there is nothing to do with it "locked" or "unlocked". You can install StartAllBack or Start11 to enable old taskbar features.

if you have the icons centered, they shift left as you open more apps/programs. if you set it to left aligned it will not shift icons.
