Lockscreen (Again)

A few days ago I had to use my local account to reconfigure Win11. (I couldn't sign into my Microsoft account). Now, the lockscreen on login is a black background.. The account photo shows up but not the chosen photo in Lockscreen settings. Nor will the Lockscreen load a picture that I choose for the background. It looks like it's trying, but never gets there. How can I get this feature to work?...Thanks!
