Logitech G Hub update doesn't work

Windows 11 Pro 25H2 (RP channel)
Latest version of Logitech G Hub software won't install on my system, neither updating the current version nor by removing and then re-installing. It appears to start the install but then nothing, CPU usage is zero for the process, the G Hub icon appears but it won't launch.

Normally after an update I get the What's New splash screen and everything is fine, but no luck this time.
I'm using a G903 mouse and the Powerplay charger. My keyboard is Asus

Another PC here has the same mouse/pad but a Logitech keyboard as well - this updated correctly.
Dynamic lighting support has been added (can see it on the other PC), but it just won't install on this one.
Restored my MR backup which has the previous version of G Hub, it's working fine.
I've had to disable automatic updates for it.

Ive been trying to fix this for the last 30 minutes I am not smart plz help if you figure it out, I tried to re install and all that stuff and now my mouse is back to default settings and at 800 dpi lowest 1600 middle and lightspeed highest

Previous version 2024.1.515200 was giving various users different problems. Mine updated fine, but many have to do a clean uninstall and do a fresh install of the latest version. In fact, I would recommend everyone do this, and I will as well (even though I had updated).

I'm having issues with installing G Hub in general. Every time I run the installer it just gives me a failed to install message. Everything Logitech is already uninstalled before trying to reinstall. Been kinda frustrating.

Hit Try Again and let it run, it will eventually install. Many others have the same problem, but I have no idea why this occurs. I had the same problem with the previous version and just let it do its thing (you will see a countdown, even some phrases appear), and it will install (usually takes anywhere between 3 to 5 min).

So it actually did install this way one time, but my Pro X2 headset wasn't showing in the program so I tried reinstalling and couldn't get it back.

Say I do get it reinstalled, how can I get it to recognize my Pro x2? I've tried uninstalling all drivers and hard resetting the headset with the pinhole reset button with no luck

I got an update today around 12 noon EST and if I'm not mistaken, I saw something about new hardware support
but, can't confirm it was for Pro X2.

Anyone still have issues, download the setup executable manually, try right clicking on it and “Run As Administrator” worth a shot.

I did have an issue some time back and performed a total uninstall/clean up of the software, including: reg entries, running services etc with a/your third party cleaning software e.g CCleaner etc plus hardware drivers then a re installation - I have now been able to perform routine updates as required.
