Long boot up time for no reason


No for reset you don't need a copy of the Window 11 ISO, but since you lose everything anyway, it makes sense to download the ISO, create a bootable USB flash drive with Rufus and do a clean installation.

That I can not say. You would have to go to settings>privacy & security>windows security. See if there are warning or messages there. Then click "open windows security" and look of anything there.

It will reset to 23h2. But you really need to choose the reset and remove everything option so make sure your data is backed up. This will put the machine back into an out of box state.

There are many celerons so that doesn't help much. Is your computer 100% compatible with windows 11? If it's not, I have no experience with incompatible installs so if it's not compatible, one of the others who is familiar with it should tell you whether a reset will work on an incompatible machine or not. I seriously doubt it so a reset may not be a workable option. If you've been running a compatible install , it should not be a problem.
@Bree @Megahertz Anyone else out there that does this know the answer?

I've seen two main reasons for long startups.
- A faulty drive. The delay is normally between the start and the login screen.
The problem can be due to hardware (failing drive - Normally on HDD). The solution is to replace the drive.
The problem can be due to logical configuration.
Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
chkdsk c: /f
It will say your disk is in use and ask if you want to schedule to next start = yes
Restart

Back to Windows, open a CMD window as administrator and type:
sfc /scannow

If it finds any corrupted files, fixing or not, reboot and run again

Then run
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
and
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

- Too many temp files. The delay is normally after the login screen.
Run Disk cleanup (%windir%\system32\cleanmgr.exe)
