Low Power Warning on Desktop

Ok, have noticed this in the last couple of builds. I keep getting a warning from some apps that behaves as if I am not running on power, and have a low battery.

Now this if a full desktop PC. I have an APC backup UPS, but it's sitting at 100% and operates just fine. However when installing some program updates, or checking defrag tool, it acts as if I am running on battery power and am below 20-50% battery.

The workaround is to just unplug the USB connector to my UPS, but in the event of an actual power outage, that isn't helpful as the PC won't automatically hybernate.

Any thoughts on what is causing this, or how to resolve it?

Wasn't there an application that came with that UPS ? See if there's an update for it.
