Solved M.2 NVMe SSD: High «Power Cycle Count», should I be worried?

Can anyone look at these numbers and tell me if something is wrong? Why is the «Power Cycle Count» so high?
The input values are from HWMonitor v1.58.0 x64, Driver version 160. The SSD is installed in a laptop.

This includes shutdowns for sleep/hibernate as well, besides reboots.
There is nothing to be alarmed about.

@Rollback_Jockey , do you mean the «Put the computer to sleep»? It sounds plausible, maybe that's the reason for the high «Power Cycle Count».

And what about this setting in «Change advanced power settings». Does this setting apply to M.2 NVMe SSD and/or old spinning HDD?:

Yes. The 1 minute option for plugged in is silly IMO.
But numerous power cycles will not reduce the life of your SSD.
