I am not getting the backup progress in the Reflect Monitor Systray Icon. I do not even get the icon during a backup? Has anyone else had this problem?

Josey, the tray icon is probably in the Taskbar Corner Overflow.
Did you look there?

And what is depicted above is a tooltip. You need to hover your mouse over the tray icon.

Yes I also did a clean re install of MR and still no % of progress. Everything else seems to work and I do get banner notifications, so it is OK. I am going to mark this as solved. :)

I was wondering what was going on with your not being able to get it in the taskbar. I run a backup as a powershell or bat script (I have the script run some pre and post programs). This launches the backup in a separate background process that is, by default, minimized to the taskbar. So you can do it that way too.

I was just following the advice from MR. It worked.

Finally I was able to use Macrium home free version to perform a full backup on my external HHD.
I could not do it doesn't matter how many time I tried on W 10.

BTW same goes for windows backup, I did put it in my second HHD.

W11 is earning my appreciation.
