Please see the attachment. It is what is inside the Red box that I am concerned about. What is that disk and why is it Red? Is there anything I can do so whatever that disk is won't be shown in Red? None of my other computers has this problem.
Nothing to worry about. It doesn't have a drive number so it's probably a System partition of some sort. You probably can't see it in Windows Explorer and if you gave it a Drive Number to see it in Explorer (like using MiniTool) it would probably not show any information usable for you. One of the Windows Wizards will be along to provide some details, but this is normal, since the partition is full as to be expected. So not to be concerned.
That partition is your Recovery Partition. The red just indicates that the partition is more than 90% full. This is perfectly normal for a Recovery partition and nothing to worry about.

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2, and 25H2 on 30th September 2025 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 25H2.
UPDATE - 11 April 2026: due to mechanical deterioration this PC has been retired from active duty. The OS with all software and files has been migrated to my System Seven below to carry on as my general purpose 'main machine'.

This appears to be a very old Windows installation. Probably upgrades from earlier Windows versions. I'm going to suggest the user has 2 Recovery partitions. 3 and 5. Partition 4(FAT32) is normally the first partition now. System Reserved(Partition 1) is normally partition 2 now.

This computer was updated from a Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro. It was originally purchased sometime in 2020, I can't remember exactly when. I may be wrong however, I believe Macrium Reflect was not installed until after it was upgraded to a Windows 11 machine. I also believe, and again I could be wrong, but I think the Macrium Reflect free version was originally installed until it went out of existence.
I agree, it's an odd looking arrangement. Having said that, there's nothing 'wrong' about it that would cause any issues down the line.
Partitions 1 and 5 appear to be previous Recovery partitions with Partition 3 (the full one) apparently the current active Recovery partition. Windows 10 had a habit of creating new Recovery partitions during a Feature Update should the current one not be quite large enough. Partition 4 is the EFI partition, normally seen as the first partition on the drive. It's also missing the 16MB unformatted MSR partition, though that's about as much use these days as your appendix, so it's no great loss.
This is a more typical layout, one of mine from a clean install of Windows 11.
