Macrium with Red line on Disk C

1-I would not use idrive.
2- re: our discussion about the red stripe, I got off on the wrong foot. I know you are busy so you would be wise to disregard this . I can remove the stripe as I explained. However when we began our dialogue I did not know if removing the red stripe was your goal or not. I did not not know where you were in terms of Macrium and Windows so could not replicate your circles etc. FWIW ;-)

I'm going to find a USB drive I can format and use so I can do a walk through on how to do the drag and drop from an image to a new drive. I'll use a drive that is larger then the original drive so I can show you what I mean about increasing the partition size of the C: partition and the Recovery partition. I'll try to do it before the end of the weekend. I only work 5 hours tomorrow so unless my wife has a Honey-Do list for me, I'll try to start tomorrow.

I just found out that the drive I was using in my first example is a formatted drive. When I looked at the drive in Widows Explorer it shows as blank. In Macrium it shows a 128MB partition at the beginning of the drive.

I was so involved in trying to help you that I didn't realize we hijacked this thread. When I make the guide I'll start a new thread. I never made one before so it may be a little rough.
