I think Timmy needs to purge his system of Chrome and install a fresh copy!

It's at a minimum adware trying to scare you into something. Besides, I consider both Norton and McAfee to be a virus anyway, they've become so bloated and invasive that they're pretty useless.

That McAfee 5 virus one is a well-known malware scam

What I would do is following along with the excellent advice from others above.
1. Either completely clear out the cache, history, cookies everything in Chrome or reinstall it (hat tip @Edwin )
2. Run the Disk Cleanup applet. Particularly get rid of any temp files.
3. As a precaution run a reputable virus scanner (Windows Defender is fine).
4. Use an ad blocker with your browser.
