Do not communicate with these people. Do not give them any of your financial information.
DO NOT allow them remote access to your computer. If you already have allowed someone remote access, you will need to completely reinstall windows if you allowed the scammers into your machine. You have absolutely no way of knowing what they did. If you gave them any financial information, contact your financial institution immediately.

Clear browser cache, cookies, and history. Then restart the computer. I believe you use Chrome.
When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. In Chrome

Scan with Malwarebytes. This installs the 14 day free trial of MWS. After 14 days, it automatically reverts to the free version. In the meantime, you may see popups trying to get you to buy MWB. Just ignore them or uninstall it after scanning. I would keep MWB Free and do weekly scans with it.
