While I have Malwarebites, it appears I have a Trojan that will constantly show a McAfee or Norton Has detected a virus. I've never had either antivirus and cannot stop them from loading constantly, If I hit close, I will be taken to either one of the sites to buy the antivirus.
Is this a Trojan? How can I get rid of it?
Thank you.

WIndows Key then R Key and type mrt.
This will bring up the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool.
Select the Full Scan Option and see if it finds anything.

Those are just fake pop-ups generated from your Web Browser temporary files.
If I hit close, I will be taken to either one of the sites to buy the antivirus.

Never click on anything in those fake windows you have found out why...
It will download some Malware.

Just delete your Web Browser temporary files and probably Cookies.
In Edge
3 dots > Delete browsing data > All time > tick the first 4 boxes > Clear now.
