My home page remains Google, and a little doo-dad called New Tab Redirect gives me Google when I click for a new tab. Note: You want the NTR extension from the Chrome Web Store, NOT the MS extension store.....

Was strange. My home page was as usual but if I opened another tab it opened to MSN. When I opened the settings page to see the MSN link was there when it had not been there before. Geez

I don't have a pressing need to use Edge or Chrome, prefer Chromium but day-to-day is Firefox. However, just like with Windows, updates for anything from Microsoft tends to put things back to defaults, removing many customizations.

I'll be going on the Dev channel later and I don't think Edge has been updated yet. Will check if the MSN addy is greyed out in the Home button settings prior to updating. If it is then Edge changes from 'new tab page' to the MSN url.

I have turned off 4 extentions but still have 10 tabs open and the score went up to 106. So a fair test should be with a single tab opened and no extentions running I think.
In Firefox with one tab and one extention running it gives a score of 132.
