Microsoft PhotoDNA scanning problem (it is comical now)

I have had this problem for some time and in the past I went around and around with Microsoft Support about this problem. Microsoft's PhotoDNA technology keeps flagging my face picture in the past and immediately closes my Microsoft accounts. I had at least 12 Microsoft accounts immediately closed where I used my face pic in these accounts. 3 of the 12 Microsoft accounts were created with Microsoft Support connected to my computer. I showed them by creating 3 new accounts and they were set up correctly. Once I added my actual face pic to these accounts, within seconds I received a Microsoft warning message. Inappropriate and/or abuse material found with immediately closing each of these accounts.

Seems like my face pic was on an old closed Microsoft account that got flagged and I received a warning message from Microsoft. That Microsoft account had been closed for many years. However, I continue to receive warning message for some time until they stopped.

Microsoft wanted me to confirm my age, that I was a "real person" along with identity. So Microsoft somehow reached out to the police department, based on my address information in my Microsoft accounts, with a check of some kind. I had to go to the local police department to verify who I was and my age. The police department told me it was odd. They are just following up on Microsoft complaint. This happened a few or so years ago. Microsoft confirmed my identity then. However, the Microsoft account profile photo issue still exists today.

I had an account somewhere where these accounts are now linked to Microsoft accounts. One of my old Microsoft accounts got immediately closed (after it had been already closed a long time ago) and the warning message sent to my recovery account (Gmail account) and back to the account of the vendor. I quickly removed my face pic from the vendor account that is now linked to the Microsoft account and that resolved that vendor account.

Microsoft's PhotoDNA scanning is not just in OneDrive, through the Microsoft's eco-system. Basically, if you are using your Microsoft account to sign in to Windows 11, PhotoDNA scans your entire computer. This information came directly from Microsoft Support. I have been reading through all the Microsoft Policies, lots of horrible endless confusion when reading these policies, and seems like Microsoft is always scanning and retrieving something from Windows 11.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I just do not know what to about it any longer. Each time I create a new Microsoft account and put my real face pic in the account, immediately locked out of the account. Microsoft Support had recorded the screen many times when I did this as proof and all I received back was, "that should not do that" and "wow, amazing how fast it closed your account." There is absolutely zero chance for anyone to get an account back.

Am I correct in assuming you do not have multiple methods of recovery to prove who you are set up within your Microsoft account?

Once Microsoft closes the account, these options are not available, including the Recovery Code.
