Microsoft has never listened to consumers and allowed cleaning/organizing their MS Store library. Once you download an app, whether you keep it or not, it is there permanently. I minimize being logged in to Microsoft in the Store for this purpose...some apps (e.g. Xbox) require you to log in. However, even when logged out, the library continues to populate with device-specific entries. Since I'm not logged into Microsoft, this data must be getting stored somewhere locally, correct? Is there at least a way to clear my machine-specific (not MS Account) library?
