im really not sure what the cause could be, my best guess is it has to do with me having a local accountThe thing is though, again, is that you reinstalled Windows. I am not qualified to instruct you on how to isolate and test drivers or whatever these smart guys get members to try. Curious if this started after Windows install or after driver updates or software installs. If you know.
