Microsoft Teams VDI?

In my Apps I noticed that I not only have MS Teams installed but three entries for MS Teams VDI? What is that (something about virtual desktop) and can I delete them, or at least the two oldest entries?

It looks like it is installed and required when I log into my work's Microsoft virtual desktop. I think it allows that environment to use my camera and speakers in Teams.

Yep...thanks...I'm not sure why there were multiple instances of it...but I uninstalled them all just fine. There is only one now.
