Minor update 13 for Vivaldi Desktop 8.2 browser released

This update adds further (defence-in-depth) protection for compromised eMudhra certificates.

The following improvements were made since the twelfth 8.2 minor update:
  • [Security][Certificates] Added compromised eMudhra intermediates to the built-in certificate blocklist†
† Vivaldi users were already protected through the emergency CRLSet update distributed shortly after the issue was disclosed. This change incorporates the affected eMudhra intermediates directly into Vivaldi’s built-in blocklist, as an additional safeguard.
