Monitor randomly wakes

Windows 11
Greetings.

After I updated my hardware specs a bit, I noticed my monitor keeps going out of sleep mode randomly. Computer just idles as I host Plex etc on it, but screen alwasy turned off before normally.

I have tried several things to figure out what does it.
Updated drivers from both manufacturers website and motherboard website.
Tried on both Windows 11 24H2 and 23H2.
Boot into safe mode, but still wakes up randomly.
Unplug all usb devices and such, and also disable waking computer in power management from all USB/HID/Network devices. Even tried disabling them in device manager.
I also tried using that windows report tool, and it showed the DState changed on the monitor when it did while I was paying attention and timing it, but there was nothing else before it that triggered, only the monitor.

What did work, was booting into Ubuntu using bootable USB, and letting the monitor go into sleep mode. It stayed put without waking up.
Could there be any driver issues then causing this?

The only "new" thing that is connected as an extra thing on the motherboard is the AIO cooler I use, that has the Corsair Commander for maintaining the fan control. (Included in the pack).

If I try to update chipset drivers from official AMD release to the one given my motherboard website (newer version), then some of the drivers wont update, and can give error message stating files are not found on an external HDD I got connected. Odd...

My current HW is put as system specs on my profile.
Current windows version: 23H2 (Build 22631.4890).

And yes, I have tested this on a brand new windows install, where all it did was boot into desktop, and I let it hang there until screen went into sleep. Then it still woke up. Not sure if it might be some of the drivers that comes with windows, or it downloads/installs during first boot.

Could it be an idea to reinstall without LAN cable inserted, and not let it download anything before reaching desktop?

I do notice the keyboard sometimes "hangs" on random buttons while typing, causing it to hit the key repeatedly. Basically feels like the computer has a small lag spike, but usually only when using Chrome (and yes since GPU is not installed and I use integrated GPU, I have disabled HW acceleration).

Sorry for a mess of a topic, but tried to put all info I could in here.

Maybe the mouse is too sensitive and shifts from some table vibrations.

If it's the computer waking up and not just the monitor, you can check the following
powercfg lastwake

Thanks. As I mentioned, I have tried it with everything unplugged, that includes mouse and keyboard. No peripheral input devices of any kind.
The last wake does not display anything, just states "0" when it happens. Should've mentioned I already tried that one as well :)

Is it possible for you to just turn off the Monitor? I have a Mini PC setup as a server that runs 24/7. For the monitor I used an HDMI input on my TV. I When I need access to the computer I just have to use the Roku remote and choose the computer as the source.
