That option is not available in the mouse settings in Win11, so I don't know if it is enabled or not. The only check box is 'enable mouse shadow'. I wonder where they put that toggle lol.
I just got the default Win11 theme and other than change color for borders on apps in the settings everything is same.
Well it's day 2 and green mouse pointer is still holding :)

would be great - unfortunately all other cursors will change too ...
If you only want to change the arrow, there is obviously no way around a CUR file.
Incidentally, with the AeroTweaker you can deactivate the option that the cursors also change when you change the theme.

Knock on wood....Since I saved the theme as suggested here the .cur I used have not changed back to the default mouse pointer. That was since the 15th. I have not had any other cursors change that I noticed it was just the pointer would default back.
