Move taskbar vertically on left side of screen

What is that third party patch that allow one to move the entire taskbar vertically on the left side of the screen? I had it earlier, but I don't have it now. I may have been deleted.

Thank you sir. That would be a good idea! I found an answer to my question but it contains issues. I'm still looking for a cleaner method accomplishing what I want.
