  1. Sign in to the My Account portal with your work or school account.
Here it gets messed up same message.

You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead.

You need to do this.

1. Open any document in Word
2. Go File and click on Account right down the bottom of the left-hand sidebar.
3. On the next screen on the top left of the left-hand sidebar the email address linked to your Microsoft 365 installation is shown.
4. You need to use the email address from step three to login and delete the Copilot activity history.

I have tested this procedure, and it worked for me.
