Please specify what emailprovider 'he' and 'she' are using, what app is in use for emails.
If they are using Edge for mailing, they must have some kind of webmail.
Is that Gmail, is that Microsoft mail (Outlook) or what else?

Are they using any kind of VPN for the Internet?

Possibly you could post some screenshots, but make sure the sensitive information (like exact email adress) is blacked out (you could do that by Paint).

We use BT as our internet provider and the emails ????????@btinternet.com
Or is it possibly Outlook?

No VPN used.

Screenshot would simply be of a normal email with normal addresses?

Hope that helps.

PCs are nearly identical and it is simply from the one PC to the other....not effecting anything else.

Not that much, because for a distance diagnose it would really be necessary to know if you're sending the mails in Edge (as webmail) or that you indeed use some email-client (like Outlook).
Have you looked in your spambox?
Possibly for whatever reason the mails are considered as spam by your provider.

Edit: Screenshot would be to know what app you're using to write and send your emails

He needs to login to BT email and look in the Spam folder. If her emails are there then he needs to click on one to select it then go to the options and select "Not spam - add to Safe Senders". All future emails from her should then go into his inbox as normal.

I had Outlook mysteriously losing emails 3 times over the years. I guess things have not changed.
You are using the same internet and she probably sends more emails than him, thus blocked.
When a domain blocks an email, you will receive no notification at all, it is just gone.

You could temporarily try to use an email client, it might give some clue or error.
You could also forward to another email, like gmail to see, if it works from there.

Have obviously checked spam .................
It's not obvious to everyone so that's why I asked.

I had a couple of clients contact me with exactly the same problem with BT emails. They were using email clients with POP accounts and the only way to view the Spam folder was to login to BT webmail. All their missing emails were there.

Does he have any rules set to perhaps delete her emails or move them to the Trash folder, or forward them to somewhere else?

Am I looking at this all wrong? That appears to me to be your provider's web mail. If your wife is using the same way of accessing her email as you, I would be contacting the provider. Web mail issues are all on the email provider. It's only when one uses an email app (ie outlook, Thunderbird, etc) that the problem could be on the computer end.

Use another browser to test. That will prove it's not an Edge issue.
