I vaguely recall a similar issue when i played fh5 through, I did literally finish it within a week or 10 days and its been gone ever since on my pc but i do vaguely remember having something similar but its been too long to remember properly now.
But yeah def worth checking overall, Try installing a different game on the same hard drive, Maybe even through the xbox app just to keep more similarities and see if it has the same issue.
