msinfo32 that cant be read by others

getting help with a bsod issue, and he cant open the msinfo32 nto file! can anyone here?

It links to a file infor.nfo
If that’s what you’re attempting to share, maybe rename the extension to infor.txt

The file is full of info that actually freezes up my drop box, it’s basically broken my Dropbox. Everytime I open dropbox now, that file contents is showing and Dropbox dies.
I’ll have to find a way to delete the file.

msinfo32
File > Export... TXT file.

Then simply use Notepad.

However it takes it's time and can hang, but try again.
Beats me that the obvious has been missed.
