Multiple BSODs, pc crashes within 30 minutes

You don't have integrated graphics on a Ryzen 5 2600.
So even though the B450M Gaming Plus motherboard has a HDMI connection etc from what you've said the CPU choice means the on-board video can't be utilised (which is why I dont have a bios option?)

General question:
Should I be posted further V2s re the crashes, or is is pretty much a case from here I need to swap-test the video card before posting further?

Thanks all!

The recurrent Nvidia GPU driver BSOD should continue as multiple drivers have been used.
If you want to test one more driver version you can but the testing has moved to hardware.

If there is another PCIe port for the GPU card it can be tested.

The best swap testing is to:
a) test a new GPU card (Nvidia or AMD) in the problematic computer
b) test the GPU card from the problematic computer in another computer

Hi All,

I ended up buying a new graphics card but the occasional BSODs still occurred.

Eventually video out died altogether. After testing two cards and two monitors I took the PC back to the shop where it was built to see if it was repairable.

The issues turned out to be a dying/faulty motherboard, but when the techie removed one of two RAM modules, the motherboard was happy enough for now. No BSODs since.

Thanks to all who helped out here, I did learn a lot. Very grateful.

D

🤔 Is the CPU seated properly, the cooler installed straight on...applying even force and has there been tests with other RAM sticks?

Are all the contact surfaces clean?
