0x80860010 means your requests are being throttled, because something is making too many requests. I'm having issues the last couple of hours getting to the web version of OneDrive for my work account. MS may be having a couple of cloudy issues; just wait it out and see if it works in a bit.

What are the certain sections? Be specific, don't keep secrets when requesting help. I've opened everything in Settings and seen no issues.
