Music : VST Surround Plugins wanted

I Work mostly with the Audio-editors: Audacity and Goldwave and i use some Vst-plugins with it.

I am looking specific for VST-plugins for Surround to add it to Audacity or Goldwave.

In the past i used therefore: Wavepad Surround and Sonitus FX-Surround as VST-Plugins to do the trick

I am now looking for some other VST-Plugins with the same functions as Wavepad Surround and Sonitus FX-Surround, because they are very old and have no support anymore

I am also looking for some free VST-plugins for the leslie-rotating speaker functions.
(I used Spinner and Spinner-Le but i wander if there are alternatves for them)

Cakewalk by Bandlab is a free DAW recording program and comes with some VST add ons. It rivals ProTools and other high end recording programs. A search will turn up other free VST's.

I use Cakewalk and Goldwave in my home recording studio.
