I have a problem that when i open search window it gets shifted to the upper screen position and it's missing a part of it's window...how can i restore search window position so it becomes whole again (without missin upper part)?
Try moving the search icon below the settings icon on the taskbar, is my first thought.
This is why I don't put the taskbar to the left.
Obviously you're using a 3rd party tool (Start11) because this isn't native to Windows. So expect issues.
This isn't the Start11 Forum. You'll find that here:

Also, if you're using Autohide, disable it in Windows taskbar settings and use the Autohide feature in the Start11 settings instead.
Make sure you're up to date.
Make sure you've rebooted to see if the issue is still there.
