My uTorrent 2.2.1 Suddenly Went Blank

Hi again!
My uTorrent 2.2.1 suddenly lost all it's torrents. Never happened before!
It stopped working overnight while the monitor was off. This AM I had to restart the PC to get the monitor to work (I posted another thread about that) and uTorrent loaded, but had no torrents to run. I can add new ones. Is there a way to get the list back to the way it was other than restarting them 1 by 1?
The monitor/restart had happened before with the uTorrent being fine.

Edit: I found a file that has them all, but am unsure how to restart it using this file.
A search says this file is in C:/User/Dave/AppData/Roaming but when I go to /Dave there's nothing named AppData

To see appdata you have to have file explorer options set to view hidden files. Control Panel>File Explorer Options

You can right click the search and select Open File/Folder location.

Alternatively: Start - Run - copy/paste: %AppData%

You know? I did this many years ago... lolz! Totally forgot how of course, thanks!

Any idea how to get these files into the active uTorrent? .dmp? .bad? resume.dat.old (dated yesterday, or earlier ones)

I found my exe file too. Untouched in 6 years (I have it auto-start from the taskbar)
Worst case: entering them 1 by 1. A good time to winnow out the deadwood. (like: ones I've torrented for years just because)

Edit: When I use the exe, it just loads the current torrent list. Perhaps if I delete the most recent ones (after backing them up!) it will load an older one? Some are very old though, 12-24 or even 2-21!

Edit Edit: Oh! I forgot to mention that when I uses .exe to open it, Windows Defender said it wanted an option (local (my pc only) or open (off public routers), but on startup (auto-on) it didn't ask that. Anyhow, looks like the previous list is toast, or 11 months behind.
