Need Help Getting Shutdown Sound To Work

Hi All,
I've tried all the Google Search results how to add a shutdown sound to work in Windows 11 Home Edition. Everything from using the task scheduler to powershell scripts and turning off fast boot and for the life of me I just can't get the shutdown sound to play. I check the sound properties and windows exit is there and I test my sound file there and it works perfect there when I test it but when I click to shut down the laptop silence. The startup sound works great with no problem. Just can't get the shutdown sound to play. So can someone here tell me step by step how to make the shutdown sound actually play when I turn off the laptop please in Windows 11 home edition? This really has me literally stumped. Thank you very much in advance
