It should be pre-installed in the case and if not the Owners manual should show you. The first time I got a case with 4 fans it kinda thru me as well . . .

    The only thing it lack is USB-3.2 on the front face but it has 3.0 on the back

Look at both sides of the fan. It is pretty easy to tell the direction of the airflow by the shape of the blades. The concave blade side is downstream.

Also, most fans have an arrow on one of their sides that shows the direction of airflow.

There should have been 3 bags of those screws (you will need twelve, probably the short ones).

Just look at it carefully. The connectors on the controller should be marked "fan" and (in my case) there was no label on the one that went to the motherboard so I sweated for a while but I eventually found a supplement paper on the floor that showed how it was all connected. If you don't find it I could post a picture of mine just in case they are similar

Looks like it comes with a fan multiplexer that you plug the fans into and then plug the multiplexer into the molex for power and also to a fan header on the motherboard for control of all three in unison.

You can also plug them directly into 3 different fan headers on the motherboard if there are that many available.

You can put the controller/multiplexor anywhere that is convenient using double sided tape (I would imagine some was supplied.

Yes, I think this is correct. I do have. 3 fan headers, if I used those, I wouldn’t have to use the controller?

Mine does but they only worked for 5 minutes. I did not bother trying to fix them.

Back before the case fan companies got too cheap... there used to be arrows on the fan shroud... look to see if your fans have the arrows...

It's been a long time since I saw one with arrows. I bought a power supply last year and it did not even come with color coded wires. They were ALL black. I might have passed on it but I needed it fast and Amazon delivered it 6am the next morning.

Google the make/model of the case... just the case, not the whole computer.
Then pick the manufacturer's site from the results. On that site they'll have a User manual for the case.

Or just list the make/model of the case in here... and we can find the manual for you.
