It looks like that the Stop 0xC1 wasn't saved for some reason, although, the fact that it is crashing with Driver Verifier does suggest that there may be a driver at fault here.

Since the last crash was a Stop 0x133, could you please upload the following file to your Google Drive:

Code:
%systemroot%\MEMORY.DMP

Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste: chkdsk /b /v C:

Run these chkdsk switches overnight while sleeping.

C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /b /v c:
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

Type: Y

Reboot as needed.

Then run:

Post a share link.

It looks like you've uploaded an empty folder?
Sorry for that, when I try to compress the minidump folder into a zip, it gives a file not found or no read permission error. Not sure how to resolve that.

Why are you trying to compress the Minidump folder? You need to compress a single file called MEMORY.DMP which is under %systemroot% i.e. C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP.

Sorry for my misunderstanding. Finally figured out how to compress the Memory.Dmp, hopefully I did it correctly this time.
