Netflix on browser and decent large Monitor - programs often too dark - any suggestions

Hi there
I've found using a decent monitor when watching NETFLIX via a browser the video is often very dark. Being a "naughty boy" and downloading the same progeam from a torrent site and opening with VLC / standard windows movie player - it's much brighter and more viewable.

I'm paying for NETFLIX so I don't feel guilty at using a torrent but it seems bonkers to me that the "Viewable quality" of a torrent should be (or appears to be) better than the original.

Browsers I've used are Firefox and Ms edge. Same problem with firefox and edge on Linux.

The SKYGO app -->applications--> NETFLIX seems to work OK as well but I can't always get SKY GO - applications only available if SKY GO detects a SKY "Q" box.

I really don't want to go back to a load of torrenting !!!!

Try Super Netflix or Video Styler browser extensions for Chrome. It may work on Edge too, but not certain. Give it a shot. You can adjust a lot of stuff for Netflix videos, including contrast and brightness.

On mobile, brightness isn't an issue as you can adjust it all within the app while playing the video.

Nevermind...just tested and neither work properly in Edge
