Before I could not download my photos to desktop bought new data cable works but after i plug it to my tower it disconnects my internet see photo

see conection photo no WI FI

Internet disconnects when attaching phone to PC

Hi Why when plugging my I phone into my Dell tower the internet disconnects unplug works fine ran troubleshooter said no problem but cant search until i disconnect the phone? Thank you TIMMY 2 TOES
