Does all the basic tasks with StorageSpaces with no need to use a command prompt. Creates arrays in RAID0, RAID1, or RAID5 (must use at least 3 drives for RAID5), inspects and benchmarks arrays. Destroys them too. Shows array health.
Unlike Microsoft's StorageSpaces GUI it correctly creates a RAID0 striped array from two drives. Microsoft's GUI ignores the RAID0 selection and creates a spanned (JBOD or N-RAID) volume.
Completely standalone, portable Windows executable is included. The Python script is also included and works exactly the same but requires Python 3.x and CustomTkinter. The readme has instructions on downloading and installing those, and how to build the EXE file. So anyone can edit the script and package it in a standalone EXE.
If you change it, please share. Adding features like JBOD could be done but I'm not interested in that at this time.
