Has that helped? Installing those latest graphics drivers? Assume sfc/scannow was clear? Sorry I didn't realise you were on Windows 11 25H2 - I thought you said it wouldn't upgrade to Windows 11. Did it upgrade from Windows 10?

According to the vid it can take a 2700 cpu which I think is officially ok for win11

If the Monitor is connected to the better RX550 Graphics you need find the setting in the Bios to disable the Vega graphics.
This ill also free up some ram and the system will perform better.
