The new Start menu doesn't bother me, but you can still disable it if you don't like it.
If you are familiar with vivetool you can check this ID, if it is enabled you can disable it and reboot.
That should bring back the old start menu.
For now, that new start menu is still controlled by this feature ID, but Microsoft may change that anytime they want to make the change permanent.

Follow up question: How did you know that was the feature code for the new start menu? I am not familiar with the vivetool and when I ran the /query, there were a ton of feature codes, so I was wondering how you knew which was the correct one?
