New Version of ExplorerPatcher

I can pin C:\tools\DriverStoreExplorer.v0.11.72\Rapr.exe to the Windows 11 Start Menu, but in the Windows 10 Start Menu it never shows up, no matter how hard I keep trying. The context menu of search results (that appear in that specific File Explorer window after I type in rapr in its search box) also has a bad tendency to keep closing by itself quasi randomly.
Try to browse to it directly, without search results and what not. The thing is finicky, it is what it is. It’s not my fault Microsoft broke the thing. Alternatively, create a shortcut to that program in the regular Start menu structure, then find it in the Start menu and pin it from there. There’s always a workaround, just be creative and think outside the box.

You have to start the pin to start process from within the ExplorerPatcher program on the Start Menu tab/page.
There is a clickable link on that page that says, "Pin tiles to Windows 10 Start menu from File Explorer".
Click and it will open a window where you can browse to the exe file you want and then right click and choose pin.
I was able to pin almost everything I wanted to the start menu by following this process, including rapr.exe.

No, no idea. The window should bound the browser properly and resize itself properly according to resolution, scaling level, text scaling level etc. Try playing with those and see when you get it to work correctly, when it fails to do so and we can start from there, I guess. Again, like this, what can I guess, it works fine on my end.

Hmm, this was a problem in previous Insider dev build of Windows. Never had any problems with EP itself
@The-Hive I was just replying to Andre . . . I'm no longer on the DEV Channel. I changed to regular users and am on 20000.588 and the latest EP.

I find that when I update EP, it loses the TaskbarX style setting. I have to restart TaskbarX to get it back. Is this just something I'm going to have to do with every update, or is it possible to prevent it with an EP setting or EP code change?
I'm on EP 42.39 and TaskbarX 1.7.6.0. See my profile for my laptop specs.

This laptop was modded in several ways to both run Windows 10 and play video better, as well as have a reasonable home network running between both systems.

I'm on EP 42.39 and TaskbarX 1.7.6.0. See my profile for my laptop specs.
While both apps supposed to work together, and is stated so on TasbarX and EP page, combination will probably be problematic now and then. They both do at least partly the same thing.. You know that you can center Taskbar icons with EP too?

On the other side, restarting TaskbaX shouldn't be a huge problem. It is portable, and you should restart it after explorer restart (EP update)

Do you update EP to every pre-release version?
