Yes, I installed on Fedora 40 (Rawhide) Kernel 6.6 rc6. There seems to be problems running with QEMU/KVM concurrently but what is life without problems?

Also, I don't seem to have privileges to post on the Windows news forum(help Brink?) so here's an important story on Betanews.

Works fine on Arch Linux with current kernel 6.5.8.

When you installed KVM/QEMU did you select QEMU (basic), QEMU-workstation or QEMU-Full. Windows 11 needs at least the QEMU-workstation version. Also on the Windows guest install the virtio-tools (from the fedora site). You can also install swtpm for "emulated TPM" and for sec boot etc install ovmf (these should be installed automatically if you install QEMU-Full or workstation.

Note that soon SPICE is being deprecated so you'll need different virtual video drivers -- but it's still currently working. It's going to be a bit of a hassle - so it will probably be at least kernel 7.0 level before that gets sorted out.

BTW I tested VMWARE WKS 17.5 on Arch linux too -- it works and you can run both VM's at the same time. I don't though like vmware these days - HYPER-V on a Windows Host or KVM/QEMU on a Linux host are both so much better for running Windows VM's.

Cheers
