Windows Security Notification

I've started to get the attached Windows Security notification pop up in the lower right hand corner. I've double checked Security and everything is enabled and I have no other antivirus software installed. Also, I stopped and started the service. I;d apprecuate any thoughs. Thanks.

If I remember correctly there was a bug in one of the recent Windows builds that was throwing that warning up even though Windows Security is enabled. Don't recall the build number but believe it was solved with a subsequent newer build.

When I click on it it opens the security app and everything is checked. I'm running the beta insider build so perhaps that is it. Ths weeks release didnt fix it..... Thank You.
