I believe this could be a soloution?

  • Press Start and type Windows Security, then open it.
  • Click "Virus & threat protection" from the menu.
  • Open Settings
    • Scroll down and click "Manage settings" under Virus & threat protection settings.
  • Scroll to Automatic Sample Submission
    • Under Automatic sample submission
    • Set the toggle to Off

    ⚠️ You may need to click Yes in a UAC (User Account Control) prompt.
