New X-Lite Optimum is out!


I'm probably going to downgrade to 22H2. Even with the extra tweaks I made, 24H2 still does things I don't want it to, usually at the most inconvenient times.

Downgrade complete. Works fine. Didn't lose any data. Didn't even have to sign back in to this site.

Well, if you install a hacked version, who knows what components have been removed that other apps might need?

Frankly, these cut down versions are essentially bs promising improved performance which in my experience is pretty undetectable.

People are suckered into them based on 20+ year old experience of (now really) crappy Windows 7.

I have never seen anybody make realistic comparisons against a properly optimised full Windows 11 (without being hacked in any way).

I agree there are many hacked versions of win 11 available and i was sceptical of this one until i tried it.
It has no problems, is very fast and can be updated if you so wish.
It does not have one drive, co pilot and most importantly no telemetry.

When I installed the previous version, I found the video quality of a movie I was watching a tad lower than what it should be.

I don’t want to spoil anyone’s fun. Go ahead and try out the latest version. It might turn out to be a great installation.

It's really laughable. It's like they'll warn that if anything bad happens to your PC MS won't be liable. Well, do they honestly think after agreeing to MS ten thousand page EULA that if anything bad happens after they install the OS that MS can be held liable for their own product?? The risk factor is relative. You pays your munny and takes your chances. Legit installs of MS OS screw up all the time. That's why there are features like file history, windows backup, system restore etc. Ever had a Windows screw-u-update that messed up your PC? Not uncommon at all. Some of these "hacked" versions are more stable than the versions MS is doling out. MS fired its beta testers long ago. Take a wild guess where that puts the end user.

    Gave Dell touch screen with Windows 11 to daughter and got me an OTVOC. Being a PC builder I own many desktop PCs as well. I am a father of five providing PCs, laptops, and tablets for all my family, most of which I have modified, rebuilt, or simply built from scratch. I do not own a cell phone, never have, never will.
Is anyone else able to access the web site? Don't want to try, in case it got maliciously hacked!
