Don't. Stick to official isos from Microsoft and remove unneeded stuff afterwards. It's just changed the SvcHostSplitThresholdInKB registry key, which disable splits up the svchost.exe processes. and changes many registry keys. This defeats the main purpose of optimizing the system and improving user experience.

This is merely a tactic to attract users, and it involves adding numerous X-Lite advertisements and bloated spam.

Maybe so but I used this several months ago and it worked as designed, no bloat, no spam.
