I have no wish for myself personally. I'm old and need nothing. Every New Year I've lived has brought blessings that I hadn't wished for. However, I have many wishes for everyone else without any expectation of receiving them. That's the thing about wishes, we can only hope.
I wish and pray that dictators will be struck down dead so the attacking of civilians will stop and war will not spread.
I wish innocents will stop dying over a stupid strip of land.
I wish a real leader(s) would arise who will deal with the problems in my country and save it from the chaos it's in. It's a sad state when no one who has any sense or backbone wants the job.
